Code of Conduct

At ProductCamp we believe in equal treatment and respect for everyone regardless of their gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation or religion. With this in mind, we treat all participants, speakers and volunteers equally and do not discriminate on any such criteria.

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, direct or indirect. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, sustained disruption, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

We ask you to be respectful, considerate and open. In short – treat others, as you’d like to be treated.

Conference participants violating these principles may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund.

If you notice anything that concerns you, fall victim or witness any abusive, harassing or disrespectful behaviour please notify the front desk staff or email us at code.of.conduct@productcamp.pl. We’ll ensure the matter is dealt with immediately.

All participants, speakers, sponsors, partners and volunteers at ProductCamp are required to agree and adhere to this code of conduct. As organisers we will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
