„From project to product – how to run product incubator in well established project oriented company”

Based on my own experience, I will speak about how to create an internal product incubator: select a team for this task, how the incubation process was created, common pitfalls and overall lessons learnt.

Head of Innovation at Billennium where I run Innovation Lab – a space to discover and build digital products, where create startups and innovations in cooperation among others with Microsoft. I am Design Sprint and Product Discovery facilitator.
In my career, I served as an Agile Coach, Product Manager, and Project Manager. Privately, husband, proud father of four children, previously a traveller, author of guides around Asia.
