UX Designer, Adobe XDI
“Remote workshops, the new normal”
While in-person allows you to read the room and sense participants’ motivations and concerns, remote workshops have very different dynamics at play. In this interactive session, Ethan will share key facilitation practices that he has learned while leading complex remote workshops with product teams of Fortune 500s around the world. We will work on better understanding what affects participant engagement and efficiency, and we’ll do it together –remotely!
