“How we used our platform to help fight the pandemic”
As the pandemic arose, Qualtrics immediately used the opportunity to leverage its software to help in the fight against it, by using tools already at its disposal, and doing what Qualtrics is best at – quickly gathering impactful, actionable data. Within a short period of time, Qualtrics started an initiative with the goal of dramatically increasing the rate of COVID-19 testing, giving access to more people, and helping stem the spread of COVID-19 in order to get back to normal as quickly as possible. In this short talk I’d like to present this use case of Qualtrics software and highlight a few learnings from that initiative.
