„What the best books on product management don’t tell you”

I’d like to share some light on the team and process building at early-stage startups. Most of the literature talks about „empowered product teams” (Cagan) and hiring best talent but the harsh reality is that you, at least in Poland, won’t be able to hire best talent straight away. So what do you do then? I think I can share some light on that as here at Packhelp we needed to overcome these difficulties. The western literature didn’t make sense until B-Series.
