„How to become a perfect leader?”
There is an ideal leadership model, only if we could reach it… Or is there? We are fooled to believe that only if you try hard enough the leadership perfection is within the reach (much like the highest score on an exam). We read books, follow courses, and apply models only to find out that what worked in one context doesn’t quite succeed in another. Why is that? Is it because we are bad leaders? Or is it because leadership is not something you can create an easy recipe for? I will attempt to unpack some of these topics in my presentation, more likely generating more questions than answers for you. But perhaps it is time to look for better questions than hope for answers that may or may not apply to your situation?
