“User Research Beyond The Screens”
User research has been the main key driver in fostering and maturing the growth of UX in different types of organizations. The more mature UX, the more customer/user-centric one organization can be, meaning, the more UX is driving business strategy. Within this journey, the user research team needs to proactively identify different challenges and evolve their approaches. In this talk, I will share some examples of challenges one organization might be facing and how UX Research can play a big role beyond doing the research itself.
About Luky: Luky, who was formerly a visual designer, has 9 years of career experience in various industries; from advertising & graphic design agency to tech companies. She started her digital career right after she moved to Berlin in 2014 and joined some tech startups ranging from car marketplace to SaaS. Currently, she’s in the pursuit of her passion for the mobility business with FlixBus and decided to shift her focus from visual design into user experience research. She is currently focusing on challenging the status quo of the organization towards user-centricity and integrates this mindset to create impact within the product development and business strategy.
