Can I still buy the ticket for ProductCamp 2020 Online?

Of course! You can get your ticket here. Please note that only payments via Credit Card or Blik are possible now. Since ProductCamp is just behind the corner we no longer support pro-forma invoices and payments via bank transfer which takes long days to process.

How do I enter a barcamp session / conference session?

Click “Join” button in the bottom right corner of each barcamp session box (or “Watch Now” button on the conference stage). THESE BUTTONS WILL BE ADDED RIGHT BEFORE THE EVENT SO DON’T PANIC IF YOU CAN’T FIND THEM YET :)

You’ll be redirected to our streaming platform - Clickmeeting - where you’ll be asked to provide: Name, Email & Token. Your Email is not shared with other attendees or partners, nor will it be used for marketing purposes by Clickmeeting. Your email is used only for authentication. Use the same email as you (or someone on your behalf) used for registration. The token will be / was emailed to this email addressed on Monday the 31st August.

What is a token? / How can I find my token?

A token is your personal password to access each ProductCamp session. Please use this token and the email address you’ve registered under to access each session.

We will / have emailed you with your personal access token on Monday the 31st August. Use this token to enter each barcamp / conference session.

What happens if I share my token with other team members? / Can I use my token on a few devices at the same time?

You can only be connected to a single session at a time with your token. Your personal token will only work for one person - yourself.

Is my system / browser compatible?

Our tech provider - ClickMeeting is a browser-based platform. Please use the latest official versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Edge (Chromium), Yandex, or Opera on your computer OR Chrome & Safari on your mobile device (other mobile browsers are not supported). Details here >>

What the hell is CEST?

CEST = Central European Summer Time. If you’re in: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands), Sweden or Switzerland the time on your watch is a CEST time. Congratulations. If you’re not in CEST, no drama, just click “your local time” switch above to display session times in your local time.

Will my name and email be visible when I join the session room?

Your e-mail address won’t be shown anywhere, but your name will be visible inside the chat window.

Do the camera & mic autostart when I join the room?

No. Session rooms are prepared in such a way that all cameras and mics are turned off by default. Only the presenter can give you permission to turn it on.

How can I access the videos and materials after the event?

Session recordings will be made available only to participants who purchased a BUNDLE ticket (access to all 3 days of ProductCamp). We’ll email you with links to all session videos in the week after the event.

How can I be sure that my internet connection is strong enough to watch the live stream in a good quality?

Please use this connection tester by Clickmeeting.

Who do I contact for help?

General questions & technical issues - Please talk to us on livechat (bottom right corner) or our Slack #help channel. You can also write to tickets@productcamp.pl if your matter deals with ticket / token / access right things.

How can I talk with other attendees on the DM? / Is there a Slack channel?

In each session room there is a chat window, which you can use to talk to other attendees. You can also use our Slack channel for person to person communication. You’ve got a Slack invite on the email you (or your HR) used for the registration.

How can I ask the questions during the talk?

Please use the Clickmeeting chat window located on the right hand side of the session room / main stage.

Can I open more than 1 Barcamp talk at the same time?

No. Unfortunately your token will allow you to watch only one session at a time. Of course you can go in and out of each session at any time, but you can’t participate in multiple talks simultaneously. No worries though. If you have a Bundle Ticket access to all 3 days of the event we’ll email you with links to all session videos, so you can later catch up on the sessions you missed out on.

I’m a Barcamp Speaker and don’t know how to join as a presenter / use presenter features.

What is World Cafe?

It's a 30min unmoderated conversation happening at the end of each day of the ProductCamp conference. It's an opportunity to share your insights from the day, discuss a given topic and generally find out what your peers are up to. You can ask for recommendations, advice or feedback.

Each day right before the start of the World Cafe we'll assign you to a room with max 4 other participants. 5 people room limit guarantees you'll be able to communicate with ease and in a comfortable environment. Register here.
